Frequently asked: Shein resume & hiring
What ATS does Shein use?+
Shein's public careers portal uses Greenhouse, according to our portal verification. This identifies the public application software, not the employer's private screening rules. ResumeAI provides its own independent resume assessment; there is no universal keyword-match score that guarantees recruiter review.
How should I choose keywords for a Shein resume?+
Start with the specific Shein job posting. Our E-commerce examples include terms such as GMV, Conversion Rate, SEO, Catalog Management, A/B Testing, Marketplace, but the relevant requirements differ by role. Include a skill, tool, or certification only when you actually have it, and show where you used it in your experience.
What format should my Shein resume be in?+
Follow the file requirements in Shein's job posting or application form. When PDF and DOCX are accepted, use selectable text, clear headings, and readable dates. Check any fields populated from your file before submitting. Our checker assesses extracted text and does not test the file in Shein's own software.
How long does it take to hear back from Shein?+
We do not have verified response-time data for Shein. Timing depends on the role, application volume, and hiring team. Check your confirmation email and application portal for updates, and follow any timeline the employer provides. A ResumeAI score cannot predict when or whether a recruiter will respond.
