Hiring infrastructure changelog

Which large employers changed their applicant tracking system. ResumeAI automatically re-verifies the careers portals of all 743 employers in the State of ATS dataset on a weekly rotation — every change below was detected by a live-portal probe and confirmed by a human before publication.

Methodology: each employer's recorded ATS is re-checked against live vendor infrastructure — public job-board APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters) and vendor tenant hosts (Workday, iCIMS) — the same apply-URL-host evidence standard as the original June 2026 audit. A detected change never publishes automatically: it goes to manual review, and only human-confirmed changes appear here.

Confirmed ATS changes

No confirmed changes yet.

Monitoring began July 17, 2026; first sweep in progress (started July 18, 2026). Large employers rarely switch ATS vendors — a migration is a months-long enterprise project — so an empty changelog is the honest baseline, not a gap. When a tracked employer's portal moves to a different vendor and we've verified it by hand, the change appears here, in the JSON API and the RSS feed.
