3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Processing

Resume content you submit may be processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate, parse, or optimize resumes. This data is not used to train AI models.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

6. GDPR and CCPA

We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. In practice that means what section 5 already describes: you can see, correct, export or permanently delete everything we hold about you from your Settings page, without asking us. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we use no third-party tracking cookies. Our published ATS dataset contains no personal data. It maps employers to the recruiting software they use, and holds no information about individuals.
