ResumeAI provides AI-powered resume building, optimization, and ATS scoring tools. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
- You must provide truthful information in your resumes
- You may not use the service for fraudulent purposes
- You may not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits
- You may not scrape or reverse-engineer the platform
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all resume content you create. ResumeAI retains ownership of the platform, templates, and AI-generated suggestions.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disclaimer
ResumeAI does not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy before submission to employers.
8. Limitation of Liability
ResumeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
