Verified ATS data for teams
Start with the part that costs nothing: the mapping of 743 large employers to the applicant tracking system each one actually uses is free and MIT-licensed, forever. Download it, ship it inside your product, resell it — the licence already says you can, and that is not going to change.
What you can pay for is the work that keeps it true: re-checking every employer's live careers portal, telling you the week one of them switches vendor, and a human who re-verifies any record you think is wrong. That's the product on this page.
The data itself is free — take it now
MIT means commercial use, modification, and redistribution are already granted. So we can't sell you “a licence to use the data” and we don't pretend to. If the mapping is all you need, take these links and pay us nothing:
What's actually for sale
Three ways to buy, all of them a service rather than a licence. Prices are the same ones quoted to every company that has been pitched directly — no per-seat pricing, no “contact sales” maze.
Verified feed + support
$199/mo
- Weekly re-verification of all 743 employers against their live careers portals.
- An ATS-change alert the week a switch is confirmed — not guessed, confirmed by hand.
- A correction line: email a record you think is wrong, a human re-verifies it and replies within two business days.
- Fresh CSV and JSON snapshots delivered on a cadence, so you're never diffing against a stale file.
The honest state of the feed: it has confirmed zero switches since launching on 2026-07-17. The first full sweep is done — all 743 employers re-probed at least once — and not one changed vendor. Large employers migrate applicant tracking systems rarely, on multi-year cycles. You're buying the watch, and the proof that nothing changed. If a stream of churn is what you wanted, this isn't that, and I'd rather you knew before paying.
So it starts free, and stays free until it proves itself: you get the weekly re-verification, the snapshots, and the correction line at no charge until the first confirmed switch alert lands in your inbox. Billing starts after the alert that proves the watch was worth having — and only if you want to keep it.
No card, no form, no trial timer. It's a reply from me setting up delivery.
One-time verified snapshot + 12 months of correction support
$299 once
This is explicitly not a licence. The dataset is MIT — you already have every right you need, for free, from the links above. What $299 buys is the verified snapshot delivered to you as CSV and JSON, and a year of “ email us any record you dispute and we'll re-verify it by hand.” If that sounds like something you can do yourself, you can, and you should.
- The current portal-verified snapshot as CSV + JSON, delivered by email immediately after checkout.
- 12 months of correction support: dispute any record, a human re-checks the employer's live portal and replies within two business days.
- A named human to reply to — no ticket queue, no support tier.
- Kayvan follows up personally to ask what you're building and what's missing.
Metered parse-scoring (check_resume)
Talk to me
The scoring endpoint behind the ATS checker — also exposed as the check_resume tool on the MCP server — parses a real resume against a real job description and returns a score with specific fixes. Every call runs a model, so it costs real compute and there is no self-serve price: volume-metered, quoted against your expected call pattern. Free tier stays at 10 checks/day/IP for anyone evaluating it.
Who this is for
Job-data vendors
You resell postings and your customers ask which system each employer runs. Attributing that wrong is a support ticket; attributing it from a verified source is a feature.
Unified-API and ATS-integration platforms
Knowing an employer's ATS before onboarding tells you which connector to reach for, and which of the 743 largest employers your coverage already reaches.
Auto-apply and agent builders
Submission logic is per-vendor. Routing on a verified mapping — plus an alert when a vendor changes — beats detecting the portal at runtime and failing silently.
Recruiting tech and market research
Competitive market-share work that has to survive scrutiny. Every number here traces to a portal check you can reproduce yourself.

How the data was built
Every one of the 743 Fortune 500 / Global 2000 employers was checked by opening its live public careers portal and reading the host of the apply URL — the applicant tracking system is whatever actually serves that page. 713 came back confirmable and are flagged verified: true; the remaining 30 are flagged verified: false and excluded from every published percentage rather than quietly padding the totals. The re-verification that the paid feed runs is the same check on a weekly loop, and anything it flags is confirmed by hand before it becomes an alert.

Why verified matters more than big
The number everyone repeats — “75% of resumes are rejected by an ATS”, and its cousin “Workday runs 75% of large employers” — does not survive contact with the portals. Measured against verified rows, Workday is 38.6%, Greenhouse is 13.3%, the top three vendors together are about 60%, and Taleo is sixth at 5.5%.
This dataset started out AI-compiled, and when it was checked by hand roughly half the attributions were wrong. That is the failure mode of every ATS mapping assembled from model output or scraped listicles — it looks authoritative and it is confidently incorrect. Correcting it took 743 manual portal checks. That is the thing worth paying for, and the thing that decays without someone watching it.

Questions people actually ask
If the dataset is MIT-licensed, what am I paying for?
Not the data — MIT already gives you the right to use, modify, and redistribute it commercially, and nothing on this page changes that. You're paying for the service around it: continuous re-verification against employers' live careers portals, an alert the week a switch is confirmed, a correction line where a real person re-checks any record you dispute, and snapshots delivered to you on a cadence. If you only need the mapping, take it for free and don't pay us anything.
How many ATS switches has the feed caught so far?
Zero confirmed switches since the feed launched on 2026-07-17. The first full sweep is complete — all 743 employers have been re-probed at least once — and none of them changed vendor. That is the honest finding: large employers migrate applicant tracking systems rarely, on multi-year cycles. You are buying the watch and the proof that nothing changed, not a stream of churn.
How accurate is the mapping?
713 of the 743 employers are portal-verified: each attribution was confirmed by inspecting the apply-URL host on the company's live public careers portal (June 2026). The other 30 carry verified: false rather than being padded into the totals. Every published percentage — Workday 38.6%, Greenhouse 13.3%, top-3 vendors about 60% — is computed from verified rows only.
What does the correction line actually promise?
You email a company name and what you think is wrong. A human re-checks that employer's live careers portal by hand and replies with what was found — corrected either way — within two business days. It goes to Kayvan's inbox, not a ticket queue. On the $299 one-time purchase that support runs 12 months; on the $199/mo feed it runs as long as you're subscribed.
Can I get the data in a different shape?
Usually yes. Different schema, extra fields, a subset scoped to your customers' employers, or a push into your warehouse — email kayvan@withresumeai.com and describe what you need. Custom shaping is quoted separately.
Or just email me
One person builds and maintains all of this, and that person reads the inbox. Questions about coverage, a record you think is wrong, a different data shape, invoicing, or whether any of this is worth paying for — kayvan@withresumeai.com. Real replies, usually same day.
